Alexander Kharlamov is a technology leader, specializing in building world-class software engineering teams. He is currently at Mark43 – an NYC startup building a new generation of law enforcement software. Alexander is a Forbes contributor on engineering leadership topics.

Before coming to Mark43, Alexander led teams for The Madison Square Garden Company (including NY Knicks & Rangers), where he was nominated for an Emmy award in “Creative Technology” category for MSG GO – a TV everywhere app for live-streaming NY Knicks basketball games.

Alexander started his career as a software engineer building trading systems for IFS – a financial services startup acquired by State Street Corp. He then started a software company, building custom solutions for clients like Google, Walgreens, Levi’s and others. Alexander also served as a Consulting CTO for startups and large organizations, such as Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC.

Alexander lives in New York with his family. His interests include virtual reality, cryptocurrency, biking, basketball and table tennis. He hopes to one day witness his New York Jets winning the Superbowl.
